In response to recent events related to the evacuation of Dolphin Tower, Alderman Oaks is addressing the urgent need of the residents by creating special discounted packages for our apartments and overall services.  Whether for a few weeks or potentially longer, we will make available furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments -- all in a safe, friendly, family-like environment with services, activities, and events galore.

For the approximate cost of a motel or hotel room alone, you can enjoy the relative comfort of home, one full-course meal a day (additional two meals available at minimal cost), scheduled housekeeping, convenience to the downtown Sarasota  amenities, and free transportation to activities, appointments, and events.
